No but it's not that wet it does a good job getting it out.

No it does not dry but with a ceiling fan or a small fan it dry's quickly.

It is very good at vacuuming up the water / cleaning solution that you spray onto whatever you're cleaning, That is about as much 'drying' as you will get. The less liquid that you use to fight the stains or clean your item, the drier it will be.
