• It does indeed have two points to wrap the cord around. The vacuum itself has a tiny brush that can scrape the wall edge. There is also an attachment that can be used to get close. There is an extension tube.

• Yes, 2 points to wrap cord. About average vacuuming edges. Does not include an extension tube, but I'm pretty sure others would fit.

• Yes it does! This vacuum has an upper and lower cord wrap and it includes an extension wand for the hose. The vacuum will get right up on the edge of the wall for cleaning.
