After less than 2 years of use and routinely cleaning the brush heads. The belt motor has seized and no longer rotating. I can only imagine due to pet hair and tension. While I feel the price is right for the machine, I question if it should last longer than two years with regular use and cleaning of machine. If I order again I will be buying the extended warranty. Threw it in the trash.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it doesn't. I have long hair that I usually find wrapped around vacuum cleaner and carpet cleaner rollers. Along with hair from my long haired little dog. Half Pekinese-Half Pomeranian very long hair. Not only do I not find it on the rollers, Except a little now and then. Also don't end up with the slimy, wet, nasty piles of hair and pet hair next to the machine as I clean. Of course that may have almost as much to do with my vacuum as it does with the carpet cleaner. I love this machine. Broke my heart when it the handle stopped staying up. If I don't lean it on a wall or chair it falls back. Sometimes it even drops the water tank on the floor. Though it's no fault of the machines. Has to do with the previous house guest(s) and my grandchildren im sure
