No; it has cleaning chemicals and it can take up to 8 hrs to dry on deep clean. Mold requires days of wet areas and a specific humidity and temperature. If you’re concerned just turn on a ceiling fan.

Please try again later.Unless you spray a whole lot and don’t suck up the excess and maybe put something over the treated area like furniture and boxes or something that keeps it damp. MAYBE. But in my experience if you use the machine as instructed and leave the space open and clear to dry, it dries pretty quickly
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The machine itself will not cause mold. If you use to much water when cleaning the carpet this could cause mold if not dried properly. When using this machine you control the water flow. Suggestion is to go over the cleaned area several times so the machine can extrac as much water as possible. Also us a fan or fans to help dry the carpet
