“If the solution goes in the bottle with a top on it upside down how is it released to mix with the water my neighbor has one the carpet was damp but it didn't look clean how was it mixing with the white top on the bottle I want to get one if it works?”

• The water and the cleaner are in the same tank and mix themselves

• Hi Veda - When the trigger is pressed on the handle it opens the valve in the water tank cap to release water/formula onto the floor.
