A:AnswerI hope you’re not still having this issue by now but I just received my spinwave in the mail and had the same problem. I figured out my issue was the cord that runs down the handle was getting folded up and not allowing the handle to slide all the way in. There is a tiny hole in the back where you can see the handle go in. I used a drill bit to get in there and hold the cord to the side while I slid the handle down. It clicked right in! Hope this helps.
