• The spinner comes with a set of scrub pads, and that combined with the rotation may help.

• I would certainly try this. The scrubbing pads clean in a swirl/circular motion and have a texture to them. It might do a better job og cleaning the textured tile than straight steam.

• Hard to say for sure but the scrubbing heads should do a better job than any other kind of mop.

• Sorry to say but I think if steam not working then probably the same but give it a try and if not up to your needs return.
