“Now that I have read the questions concerning this cleaner. I have read some unhappy purchases that were made . What is the return policy and can it be returned to the nearest store if I forbid have a legitimate performance problem? Thank you”

Where did you buy it. I buy My electronics from Best Buy and I get the extended warranty, which is worth every penny. You wouldn’t have to ask this question , if you did. When I have an issue with my purchase, they were happy to help. I also have their credit card and all of my purchases go on it to keep records this is a great help.
