“description listed below item says it is 2020, which is what I went by for my purchase, but it is 2018 and updated to 2019. will it continue to update to 2020? if not, how do I get a refund?”

Hello! The automatic update process will ensure that the product reaches the 2020 version without your intervention, however, if you wish to have the 2020 version instantly, you can manually install a new kit from your Bitdefender Central account which will always be the latest version.
