- Answer You can purchase a second 5-device subscription. If you want the expiration dates to line up, you can contact BitDefender support and they can combine the subscription and prorate the expiration date.

- Answer Yes. The program I purchased, Bitdefender Total Security, updated its signatures on installation. It further updated its program just shortly after the install, bringing it to its current issue.

QuestionMy current subscription doesn't expire for a couple of months. Can I add this subscription to it? If I wait, how long do I have before the activation is invalid?

- Answer My subscription does not expire until end of March, I purchased the download from BB, then added the new subscription to my existing account and my license was extended in synch with my existing account. In other words, added 2 years so my subscription expires at end of March 2023. You have to log into your account to add the new code.

- Answer Hi Puzzled, Once your account is set up, you can easily check (and modify) your subscription status by going to your "Bitdefender Central" account and logging in. Once logged in >click on "My subscriptions" in the left column >click on "My payments">click on "MORE DETAILS" If your automatic renewal is not enabled, click on "ENABLE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL" or "STOP AUTOMATIC SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL" (if renewal is enabled) Please let us know if you have any other questions. - Answer If you go to Bitdefender Central, log in and the site will display a dashboard. Select "Devices", and Central will offer you the choice to add a device. You then have it email that device a link which will download the Android version of the program.

- Answer as long as your license current, they let you download most current version from portal. Don't download from CD which always obsolete and waste of time to update/upgrade it and then reboots.
