Thanks for your interest, Mike. You can use aluminum foil on or around the food being cooked. Never use aluminum foil on the crumb tray, the floor, the walls, or along the entire rack. Doing so will cause overheating and improperly manipulates heat reflection, leading to poor results.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I use aluminum baking tins for cakes and it works perfectly fine (unlike in microwaves). You can use glass, aluminum and ceramic bakeware.
