how can I use B&D BDH1220AV in an electrical outlet null

You cannot use this with a 110 electrical outlet. 12 volt automotive application only.

Hmmm this vacuum has a 16 foot cord allowing you to vacuum your entire car. The cord is hard wired to the vacuum. At the other end of the cord is a “plug” for the cigarette lighter. I suppose you could purchase a device that would convert an 110 outlet to accept this power cord as I know you can purchase a device to convert a cigarette outlet to a standard home outlet I will volunteer that the suction is fairly good. I should tell you that I chose this vacuum over one that would charge at home so that I could make quick clean ups while on the road.
