I think that it supports up to 200 lbs. For cameras with a large telephoto lens just remove the L bracket under the lens and screw the strap’s hinge into the lens. For cameras with a small lens you can screw the hinge directly under the camera. There are YouTube videos about this product. Just search it and see how to use this strap.
