Hello Lisa, Your Blink camera may have a static sound due to poor Wi-Fi upload speed, proximity to hard surfaces causing sound reflection, or background noise interference from other electronic devices. To fix this, reduce the camera's speaker volume in the app, ensure your network has sufficient upload speed, reposition the camera away from walls and corners, move it away from interfering electronics, and try a factory reset.
