A:AnswerI believe you must sign up for their monthly subscription unless you use a memory chip, but cameras and motion detection will not be accessible while away from property. I think Amazon/Blink has been dishonest and is unethical when they first sold their cameras. Should have purchased Wyze cameras.
A:AnswerWe were able to link 2 wired and 3 wireless thru the same module. We did have to unplug it and restart it and after all the outdoor installations were done.
A:AnswerI was wondering the same thing. It’s hardly interactive on this site. Maybe there’s so many complaints. You can reach customer service by calling them from the app.
My cameras stopped working once my free plan expired. I guess I paid $14 for that overpriced USB for nothing.
A:AnswerI see this question was not answered to what was being asked and i also would like to get the correct answer for how much wattage on stand by can someone answer this
A:AnswerWhile the Blink System does integrate with the Amazon Alexa enabled devices you do not need one of these to operate the Blink cameras. The Blink APP is currently only compatible with iOS mobile devices running 10.3 or higher, Android mobile devices running version 5.0 (Lollipop) or higher and Fire OS mobile devices, running software version 5.1 or higher. You cannot currently access the Blink APP from your computer.
A:AnswerThe Blink Mini would need to remain plugged into a normal wall outlet at all times. The power cord for the Mini is a 2 meter (roughly a little over 6 ft) micro USB and power adapter, electrical rating: 100-240V 50/60 HZ 0.15A
A:AnswerYes, you are able to zoom in while you select live viewing.
There’s no focus feature. The app is free, has storage for past clips.
The only problem you may come across is using this in you crawl space is making sure there’s sufficient lighting. Clear videos with light but a little grey without any light. But still good enough.
A:AnswerThe new Blink Mini comes with a free trial of the new Blink Subscription service through the end of the year at which time you would choose to continue the subscription option, purchase the new Blink Sync module/storage Hub (coming soon) for local storage, or if you do not do either of these you can still use the Mini to access live view and receive motion alerts however no videos would be saved.
