You are able to save your Blink motion clips to your mobile device at anytime by using the share icon once the clip has completed playing within the clip roll folder of the APP. The camera will continue to capture 5-60 second video clips as long as motion is being detected. There is a delay between consecutive clips (as the camera turns off and back on) which can be set by you in the Blink App to anywhere between 10 to 60 seconds depending on your preference.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can download that clip onto your phone. If you set it for 5 seconds, it will end after 5 seconds. It will resume recording after certain amount of time (on your setting) if it still detects motion. I set mine to record for 20 seconds, and turn on feature to stop recording when motion ceases.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can download clips to your phone easily. The answer to the five second clip question is “maybe”, since it really only wants to pick up movement across its field of vision (left to right vice versa) you will probably get a five second clip unless the “criminal” keeps moving across its vision over and over, otherwise it would possibly end up choppy 5 seconds here, another five seconds much later etc.
