After turning on - Press On btn - Press Up cursor to get General in Profiles - Select Options - Select Customize - Select the relevant choice
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.To increase volume while on a call, there is an empty square on the keypad between the top four buttons. Press the top of the square to increase the volume and the bottom of the square to decrease the volume. The top right button with a minus sign turns the speaker phone on and off. On the screen above that button you will see "H-free" and "H-held" (I can't remember for sure since I was helping my dad with this remotely and do not have the phone in my hands) for Hands Free and Hand Held. To change the ringtone, turn on the phone and press the top or bottom of that middle square (the same one that controls volume while you're on a call) and navigate to settings. Then press the top left button with the minus sign to enter the settings menu. I believe it is under profiles, but once again I'm not sure. You can find ringtones and the default volume for ringtones somewhere in the settings menu.
