• A pre-loaded app called "Blu Help" is available. Click the app and you will see WARRANTY, DETAILS and SUPPORT. Slide to SUPPORT and you will find "User Manual'. If you click it it will open in a PDF Viewer.

• The blu "people" did not get around to making one yet.... There is " help" thru the phone itself, but you have to register/sign up for the so called warranty before you can use it... I am having a second thought about this phone brand.. The battery is "Big"... but it doesn't last half the time of Moto 4G.
