Almost always less expensive when you purchase online. It costs money to keep a store open and put people in it to give help and take your money. I looked at the phone in Best Buy and it was $100. I ordered it from the APP on my phone for about $78 and picked up at the store. I did not ask any questions in the store about the phone. If I had, I would have paid the extra to buy it there. There is a reason that thousands of retail stores are closing. I like being able to see an item before I buy, so I buy as much locally as I can to support these stores. And no, I do not now, nor ever have, worked for Best Buy. Hope that answers your question.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to be careful with BestBuy. I find a lot of merchandise costs more in the store than it does online. If you know what it costs online, tell them in the store and they will match it. I've never had a problem getting them to match price, but it's buyer beware. I wish they wouldn't do that but that's the way they roll.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Jose keep in mind that some of the cellphones you see on line are refurbished. They were returned due to a customer not liking a feature or something else. therefore the lower price. Go into the store and pick up a new one or purchase a new one on line making sure it is not used.
