A:Answer While my box says 4G HSPA+ on the bottom of the box in big bold lettering, the pasted product description label on the box end lists the frequencies and clearly states on 3G (as does the description for the item on the Best Buy web site, and on the BLU web site). However, when connected to 4G LTE capable towers, the phone screen shows a 4G LTE connection. If it actually operating at a 4G LTE rate of speed, I cannot determine accurately with the electronic equipment that I have. So, I agree that there is a problem in either the listed specifications, or on the reporting of the connection speed on the phone's screen! It should be in Best Buy's best interest to solve this as if it is capable of 4G LTE speed, they would sure sell a lot more of them!!!
