Why would you want to? It has a 3.5mm jack, and it is a microphone after all, not a headphone adapter.

I am not certain I understand what you're trying to do with the converter here, but basically, the 3.5mm input under the Yeti Mic lets you connect a pair of headphones so you can monitor yourself when talking on a PC or Mac. Now if you're planning on using your Yeti on a console like an Xbox One or Series X in example, you'll need a "Y" mic/headphones splitter cable, allowing you to connect your Yeti to your controller to the mic port of the "Y" splitter with a mal to male AUX cable, and your headphones directly into the headphones port of the "Y" splitter. Your Yeti Mic will still need to be connected to a USB port of your Xbox to power it on.
