Yes, I made them aware of it. It was very difficult finding the right person to talk to who understood what I was talking about. Seems Best Buy has an exclusive on the 32GB so Samsung did not have it listed in their data base. Samsung's website added the SKU for it, but it still just has a generic photo and no other information about the tablet when you register. I also registered mine with the 16GB device SKU and it did accept my serial number, so apparently Samsung has the serial numbers for the 32GB mixed with the 16GB data base.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was told that the 32gb tablet was a limited Test Production Run. The profit marine was higher on the 16gb tablet. Because of this, they never updated their computer system to show a 32gb tablet. You can try to call Customer Service @ Samsung, they should be able to help.
