“Can someone who wasn't "bribed" into leaving a positive review tell me if this vacuum/mop is worth it? I have a Shark Ion and it's awful. This is on a steep sale right now, and wondering if now is the time to replace, but all these reviews look paid for.”

As someone who bought it, the price is so misleading (permanent 'sale') and the navigation is trash, don't buy this hunk of junk

Was x-mass gift so just started using it - therefore can't really give you direct answer. It navigated well right off the bat. The "AI" for navigating a room is pretty good. Seemed to have more of any issue with our steps down to mudroom than prior cheaper vacuum. When it parks you get maybe 10 seconds of very loud noise when it empties into the bin. The bin requires disposable bags.
