“Im curious if this product self cleans. Nowhere in the description does it say whether or not you have manually clean or if it self cleans. Also curious about the frequency of cleaning thats recommended.”

I agree with the other answer. It self empties however the rollers etc need cleaning and if you have pet hair it will likely clog which will need cleaning. Still a good value when it’s on sale.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have the Bio and it self-empties on it's own, you will still need to clean the rollers and filters when necessary but it will dock and empty on it's own
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It doesn't self clean. You have to manually clean it. Frequency would depend on how much long hair gets caught under it and I guess how dirty of a place you live in.
