QuestionI am travelling to the us next month. I want to use both my iPhone 11 and an iPad Pro second gen. Can I use a boost sim kit in each?

- Answer Hello. The iPhone 11 is compatible with Boost Mobile sims however, the pre-paid or pre-loaded SIM cards like the 1 Month 5GB is for New Customers Only so as long as you have not used Boost before you should be good. You will have to ask your carrier to unlock your device though in order to use it and switch to our network while you're state side. Our SIMs do not work in tablets or iPads unfortunately so I can't help you there. Hope this answers your questions. Thanks

QuestionI have an orange Boost mobile that I bought in Austin Texas on may 25th with a local number assigned. I am going to be in Europe from the 31st of May till the 18th of june, 2022. Is this card good to be used in Europe? or I have to buy a new one?

QuestionFollow up question My phone was unlocked by boost. I was told last message the service would start as a new service. If I buy this do i just have to insert the sim, activate it, and service will begin? Then the next month I have to purchase a re-boost?
