• No they don!t you have to get a card or have the plan to reboost

• No, Unless you have a specific contract that allows the rollover. Im not aware of one.

• Most of the plans have unlimited minutes,so you wouldn't need the minutes to rollover.It is best to check with boostmobile first to check which plan you're on.
