• Volume isn't bad, but depends on what you're using it for. At louder volumes, the sound quality is a little tinny. I've only made a coupe calls since having the phone, but didn't have any noticeable issues with the volume on either call. And yes, it comes with a charger. But it's a standard wall charger and the cord does not disconnect to a usb-to-mini-usb cord that you can use to connect it to a computer. HOwever, if you need a charger that DOES have a separate cable, you can pick one up at the dollar store and it'll work just as well.
