“Will this phone accept a CapTel app? I am hearing impaired, I need a phone that can use a speech to text such as CapTel. Also a speech to text for spoken messages left on my phone. Will this phone be able to use this type of app, or is it already in the phone?”

• Yes, text to speech is already an option on this phone straight out of the box

• This phone doesn't do speech to text. Go with the Moto G.. It has that feature and many many many more that are not offered with this model. And for only $30 more.
