No, the device cannot be used with AT&T. The device is Locked to Boost Mobile.

The ones at Best Buy are already set up for a particular carrier. Make sure that you choose one that is for AT&T.

I really don't think so. I have it and it only works for boost mobile. It comes with the sim card already in it. If you want to get this phone with a different network then I suggest you buy the unlocked version of this phone and make sure it is compatible with the network that you want. Check it out on eBay
