Why waste time with hotspot? Just get phone and use it as hot spot. U can get a good phone for 60- 100. And the 50 dollar plan has unlimited LTE data.

Unlimited text talk and data and once you sign up for auto reboost and pay on time every three months they knock off five dollars off your monthly bill until you get to 35$ AS LONG as you pay it on time. Miss once and it goes back to 50$
