What a misleading answer that was given. NO this phone CANT use data and voice at the same time! Unless you're at home or on public wifi this phone cant do it. So lets say you're on the road trying to use and GPS app, like waze, well if you're on the phone it wont work. You have to choose talk or data. Why anyone would say this phone is able to do both is very misleading. Please, if you're like me and you need a phone that is able to use data and voice at the same time stay away from this phone. Look into the issue that sprint is having with SPARK and SVLTE (Simultaneous Voice and Data while on LTE) Its not just a phone issue its a carrier issue.
