From our experience, Boost is a no contract. At any point in time, simply call into customer service, be prepared to get transferred twice. Ask for your account number as this is what you need, which is NEVER listed on you account online or via the app, to provide to your new mobile provider. Remember, get your account number. This is different than the user name you use to pay you monthly bill.
