• Yes. Just pay first month to verify your number with skype, wassap or any company where you can call using wifi, is what i did with my 8 years old daughter, now she call me trought wassap or skype, no need to pay again, but after 60 days you will lose your number, I dont know if that is true I still have the number and my last payment was november 2015
