- Answer The SIM card here is not removable. This phone can be used ONLY with Boost Mobile. Boost runs on the Sprint network, and its monthly service plans are extremely reasonable (some of the best in the business). So Boost phones can be a great deal -- **IF** you're in an area with good Sprint coverage.

QuestionDoes this phone have the wifi calling feature? And I don't mean Skype and others I mean wifi calling which allows you to make phone calls from your number and send text/picture messages over wifi when you don't have cellar signal

- Answer No, this phone is locked. The SIM card here is not removable, and you can't install a SIM from another carrier. This phone can be used ONLY with Boost Mobile. QuestionCan this phone use voice and data at the same time? An old boost phone I had from HTC was able to do it. Then I upgraded my phone to the Moto E 2nd gen on boost, well I can no longer talk and use any app that uses data while on the phone.

- Answer What a misleading answer that was given. NO this phone CANT use data and voice at the same time! Unless you're at home or on public wifi this phone cant do it. So lets say you're on the road trying to use and GPS app, like waze, well if you're on the phone it wont work. You have to choose talk or data. Why anyone would say this phone is able to do both is very misleading. Please, if you're like me and you need a phone that is able to use data and voice at the same time stay away from this phone. Look into the issue that sprint is having with SPARK and SVLTE (Simultaneous Voice and Data while on LTE) Its not just a phone issue its a carrier issue.

- Answer The phone needs to be rooted. As of now there is no root for the boost mobile version. After rooted there are many play store apps that will do this for you.
