Both are cheap cost. I like the LG Stylo 3 and have used the J7 because my mom has it. I like the bigger screen of the Stylo. The LG also has fingerprint capabilities enabling you to login to bank apps easily. Barely use the stylus on it but some people find it useful. Overall, I would say the Stylo.
