yes, you can use it another Country. I bought it for my son to take with him when he goes overseas next year. It all depends on your phone plan and Boost offered a plan that he can take international. If you bought the Boost Mobile phone it does not come with a SIm car they are built into the phone.

Hi ..

This phone is locked to the US territories only ..but you can use apps like skype...whatsapp...viber..etcetc in wifi areas in other countries or islands.
