Even though this phone uses a SIM for LTE data, since it uses CDMA for voice/text, this phone is very unlikely to fully work with AT&T & TMobile & Verizon. It might function with Virgin or Sprint with some fooling around, but simpler to just buy the Sprint or Virgin models.

Yes. I'm AT&T and my girlfriend is Verizon. I added her phone to my device and it worked perfectly.

No, these CDMA phones are carrier specific. GSM you can go from carrier to carrier though, the ones that are sim card run. Virgin Mobile has their own type of system on the phone and I assume boost is the same way.
