• It is a Boost Mobile phone.Though there is no contract, it is still locked onto Boost mobile. So it is not a unlocked phone.

• Its only good to use with boost mobile....but sprint has one as well

• Based on most recent posts on XDA, it appears that anyone who buys a PREPAID Sharp Aquos Crystal 306SH from Sprint or Boost Mobile CAN activate it on Ting PROVIDED you pay the FULL advertised price for the phone. If you receive ANY discount from the carrier on the cost of the phone in exchange for bringing your phone number to the new carrier (such as $100 off the retail price) you MAY NOT be able to immediately move your number to Ting or any other carrier.
