Hello: You purchase a monthly plan. (You can skip a day, week, month(s) between renewing your plan. You can also choose "auto renewal" if you want to.)) You have a choice between 2 monthly plans. $25. for 1.5 Gb OR $50. for 10 Gb. You may change between plans anytime. If you run out of data (Gb) before the month is up, you can re-boost (renew) your plan right away, if you want to. I like the flexibility !
