“I ran it last night and the dishes are dry but there is water on the back of the machine and on the handle for the top rack. Am I doing something wrong? I even let it sit overnight and there is still water. This seems like it's unsanitary.”

The Sanitize Option Increases the temperatures and retains them for an extra long time to obtain a defined disinfecting performance. Continuous use of this function increases the hygiene status.
