“It says power cord not included. Does it plug in in the back and do I need to buy an extention cord to plug it in?”

Hi and thanks for your question. The SHE3AEM5N does include a power cord. The full length of the power cord is 67". The install length from the edge of unit when facing the door is: Left – 45" and Right – 50".
