Q: QuestionI've had this dishwasher for less than 2 months and it is "stuck" on Auto and will only wash on that cycle. Am I missing a resetting step or something?

• A:Answer Mine dose this randomly for months it only ran on Auto, then it started working on other settings for a few months. Then the power went out and now its back to only working on Auto. Its weird.

Q: QuestionCan this be layed down on it's side or back for transport in an SUV?

• A:Answer Hi Tim, thanks for your interest in model SHEM63W55N. The unit can be laid down or on its side, if all water has been extracted from the dishwasher, however we strongly recommend it only be transported in its upright position.

Q: QuestionDoes the hidden "intensive dry" option stack with the "extra dry" button? They both seem to do similar/same things according to the instructions.

• A:Answer Dear Bosch, yes there is an "Intensive Dry" option in the special programming options. So the question is, what is the difference between "Extra Dry" option on the panel and "Intensive Drying" in the programming options? If both are enabled, do they compound? What does each do, specifically? Thank you.
