A:AnswerOur Bosch 300 stopped working at about 13 mon. The customer service is appalling. Worse I have ever experienced. The phone CSR people are terrible and caused water damage that they refused to pay for. Their phone system doesn't work and causes endless delays. Dozens of hours wasted. The phone system literally hangs up on customers while on hold. The CSR are terrible on follow through and untrained. They don't know how to solve problems. They can't track parts so you are left in limbo for months. It took 3 visits and 4 mons to get our appliance fixed. I would never buy Bosch again. They make false promises re follow up and visits and don't live up to them. Took 4 months and 3 visits to get our appliance fixed. Absolutely terrible. You would have to consciously work to design a worse CSR system. Their follow through on my detailed demand for payment of the emergency plumber bill for the flood they caused was nonexistent. No response other than a CSR reading me a denial. No explanation. She had no information. Terrible. Everyone working at Bosch should be embarrassed and ashamed to be associated with this company.
