The warranty for Model:SHEM63W55N is the following: Bosch warrants that the Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three hundred sixty-five (365) days from the date of the original purchase. The foregoing timeline begins to run upon the date of the original purchase, and shall not be stalled, tolled, extended, or suspended, for any reason whatsoever. • A:Answer Hi Matt. Thank you for your question. The 300 Series Dishwasher includes a direct power cord with the unit. To install your new dishwasher you should purchase an Installation Kit for the new water inlet hose and connection.

Q: QuestionDoes this model have a built in water softener ? If not, what are the model numbers of Bosch dishwashers which have a built in water softener?

• A:Answer Hi Jerry. Thank you for your question. Model #SHEM63W55N does not have a built-in water softener. We do have ADA Compatible Dishwashers with built-in water softeners. Model #SGE53X55UC and Model #SGE68X55UC both have built-in water softeners, recessed handles and are stainless steel.

Q: QuestionThe distance from the bottom edge of my counter to the top of the tile floor is 33 7/8" Currently a GE Profile just fits tightly (photo). Webpage says 33 7/8" but the installation manual mentions there are some brackets. Will it fit? Thanks.
