QuestionHow many silverware baskets? One or two?

- Answer Only 1 small one and the 3rd rack. I saved my bigger silverware rack from my old dishwasher to use instead. We have a big family, so there was not enough space in the one small one. I wasn’t really impressed with how clean the 3rd rack gets. It does okay for lightly soiled items, but not silverware.

- Answer Hi SPN, thanks for your question and interest in model # SHE53C85N. According to the Use and Care guide for this particular model, you should only use detergents that are made for dishwashers, either basic or combination detergents. You may use pods or tabs, powdered detergent, or liquid detergent.

- Answer This dishwasher does not have a heated dry. The heat from the hot water heats up the stainless steel tub and this residual heat dries your dishes.

Questioncan you adjust the rear leveling pads form the front? and what diameter is the threaded part of the leveling pads?

- Answer Hi Ron, thanks for your question and interest in model # SHE53C85N. This unit has height adjustable leveling feet. Per the installation instructions, you may raise the front of the dishwasher to approximately 1/2" lower than the height of the opening by turning the feet clockwise. Additionally, you can raise the rear foot after the unit is in the cabinet opening. The maximum height the unit can be raised to is 34.5" (867.3 mm).

QuestionHow is the filter removed for cleaning? Does it require tools? Is it difficult for an older adult?

- Answer It is very easy. Just turn to arrow and the whole filter will come out, clean with water from faucet. When you put it back in turn the arrow away from connecting arrow and lock in place.

QuestionJust got the Bosch 300 series and did one load, the CLEAN light did not stay on after cycle finished. Is this the preferred cycle operation??? I would like for light to stay on so I know the next day if I did the dishes or Not!!
