“Do you have to hit the stop button when finished with the dishwasher or does it shut off when finished”

• This is an option. I chose to turn off the end of cycle sound and power down at the end of the cycle

• It shuts off when finished. If you turn on the air drying option, the door will pop open slightly. The dishwasher will blink until you press the power button, though

• Hi there. Thank you for your question. Per the Use and Care Guide for Model:SHPM65Z55N: Auto power off: This setting determines the length of time the control panel stays illuminated after the cycle is complete. To save energy the recommended setting is P:01. This setting can be adjusted from P:00 to P:02. P:00 dishwasher does not turn off automatically. P:01 dishwasher turns off automatically after 1 minute. P:02 dishwasher turns off automatically after 120 minutes (2 hours). To change the setting: Press the On/Off button 1. Hold down the function key A and press the Start button 6 until the display 3 indicates d:0x (x can be any number). Release both buttons. Press the function key A until the display 3 indicates P:0x. Press the function key C until the display corresponds with your requirements. Press the Start button 6 .
