Does this microwave require an exterior vent? null

Hi MissyPB, thanks for your question and interest in model # HMV8054U. Roof venting is an option for this model, although it is not a requirement since it is configured for room venting. Per the installation instructions, the appliance is shipped assembled for room venting installation. The microwave blower unit is already in place and does not need to be adapted for room venting.
