I’ve never had a problem. Ours is less than six months old. It took a while for us to figure it out. Just make sure the ice maker is on (inside fridge compartment). Also make sure the ice cubes are not in a big pile. That might trigger it to turn off.

Per the Use and Care Manual for the B21CL81SNS refrigerator, these are possible causes to check if the ice maker is not making ice cubes. 1.The ice maker is switched off. Switch on the ice maker. 2.The appliance is not being supplied with water. Have a qualified technician check the water connection. 3.The water connection line has kinks in it. Shut off the water supply. Straighten out the kinks. Have damaged water connection lines replaced with original manufacturer parts. 4. Water pressure is too low. Have the water pressure checked. 5.The ice storage box is not inserted correctly. Insert the ice storage box correctly. 6.The water connection is installed incorrectly. If the water connection is not installed correctly, this can cause low water pressure and can damage the appliance.
