“My B21CL81SNS/02 is impossible to clean. Above the crisper drawers are two plastic sections supporting an UNREMOVABLE single glass insert. Gaps between supports and glass -- liquids spill, get underneath, turn brown. Disgusting. Suggestions?”

I hear you! I was surprised that it didn’t have a clear way to remove the glass. Any spill becomes a vile situation. I resorted to using a little piece of L-shaped metal that was lying around to GENTLY wedge the glass up in back and it works nicely. I will post a photo. I keep it in my kitchen drawer and hope no one throws it away. I honestly expected more of the Germans…
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It does come out but it is tricky. We had a Thanksgiving turkey leak all under the glass. I don't remember exactly how we did it but it does come out to clean. Be careful because it is one huge piece of glass and it might bang on something and break if you don't watch carefully.
