• A:Answer We bought about a month ago and have a small dent on door. It does dent easily I’m assuming. I have a Bosch dishwasher that I’ve have had for years doesn’t have any dents or scratches. I’d be interested if you get any help from Best Buy- we’ve spent 3 hours on hold waiting to get anything done.

Q: QuestionI have a fridge opening under the cabinets of 71.5 so is the box also 72 inches tall or is it the door hinges that make it that tall?

Q: QuestionI can hear a rattling sound coming from under the freezer. Every 10 minutes or so it gets so loud I can hear it from about 30 feet away. The Bosch technician that came to inspect it said this is normal! Is that really normal for a Bosch fridge?

• A:Answer The only noise I ever hear from my Bosch is the ice maker, and that is not very much. I love the refrigerator. What I hate are servicemen that can’t figure out what’s wrong, so they say “It’s supposed to do that!” or “That’s normal”. It isn’t!!

Q: QuestionDo you have to open both doors to pull out the split veggie drawers? Do the doors remain open as you are loading large items? Thanks!

• A:Answer The right hand drawer can open fully with just that door open. The left hand drawer is blocked by the mechanism on the right hand door that seals the fridge. Therefore you need to pen both doors to access. Obviously the deli drawer requires both doors open. The doors will stay open when you fully open the doors. Overall it’s a great fridge. Way better than the similar counter depth fridges.
