A:Answer Beware!! We bought our refrigerator online and we requested that they remove our existing refrigerator, (which happens to be a sub-zero). My husband even removed all the paneling on our sub-zero and disconnected everything to make it easier for them. When the 2 men arrived with our new refrigerator today, they took one look at our sub-zero and said they couldn't take it away because they needed more men. They told me that I had to wait till tomorrow before I could call customer service, and then ask to be placed on the schedule with a 4-man team for refrigerator removal. I called customer service immediately to see if they could be more helpful, and the agent said that he couldn't do anything for me because " my ticket was still open", and to call back tomorrow. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there were no managers available, but he could put in a request for one, and I would get a callback between 24 and 48 hours!! My husband had them leave the new refrigerator, which they unpacked in my kitchen. I am so disgusted. Now I have 2 refrigerators in my kitchen, and have no idea when they will be coming back to remove the old one.
